As Chief Digital Officer, Amanda Regele leads On’s global digital business, overseeing a high-velocity e-commerce engine across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. Her work is rooted in driving innovation, scaling performance and connecting consumers through seamless and inspiring digital experiences.
From building an in-house performance marketing team to scale On’s digital reach to driving the company’s e-Commerce business in North America, Amanda has made significant impact since joining On in 2017 as Digital Marketing Manager. She went on to become Acquisition Lead in 2018, then Head of North American e-Commerce in 2019, followed by Head of e-Commerce Regions in 2020. She stepped into her current role as Head of Digital in 2023.
Amanda began her career on the agency-side in California, where she worked with global lifestyle and consumer brands across sportswear, fashion, beauty and tech. She later brought her digital expertise in SEO, performance marketing and mobile optimization to Sephora’s North America headquarters in San Francisco.
For her undergraduate studies, Amanda attended the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, earning a bachelor’s in marketing and finance. Then, following her personal ties to Switzerland, Amanda pursued a Masters in Strategy and International Management at the University of St. Gallen and now, she and her family call the country home. A lifelong runner, she loves spending time outdoors and exploring Switzerland.
