As Chief Commercial Officer at On, Britt Olsen leads On’s global commercial efforts, connecting On’s consumers and fans to the products they want, when they want them and where they want them, whether that’s through digital channels e-commerce, one of the brand’s own retail stores around the world, or through a wholesale partner.
Britt joined On in 2014 as Head of Marketing for the U.S., building both the team and brand presence. She became General Manager of North America in 2019, and in 2022, her role expanded to lead both the North and Latin America region. By 2023, she served in a dual role as General Manager of the Americas and Global Head of Commercial Strategy before stepping into her current position in 2024.
Holding an MBA from the University of Portland and a bachelor’s in business and marketing from the University of Utah, Britt brings over 15 years of start-up experience to her work at On. While Britt calls the Columbia River Gorge near Portland home, she is currently living in Zurich with her partner and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys backcountry skiing, mountain biking and trail running.
