As General Manager of EMEA at On, Bianca Pestalozzi-Houchangnia is responsible for building a consumer-centric strategy that connects On authentically with fans in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In her current role since 2022, Bianca builds and leads teams across the region and forges growth paths in markets where the brand is strongly established, as well as in new territories where On is arriving for the first time.
Bianca’s journey at On began with a summer internship in 2016, where she developed On’s business plan to expand to China. She later brought it to life when she officially joined On in 2018 as Head of Global Market Expansion, then as General Manager of Asia-Pacific from 2019 to 2022, expanding the brand’s reach across China, Japan and Oceania.
Prior to joining On, Bianca worked at McKinsey & Co., developing strategic innovation and growth solutions for her clients within the retail, sports, fashion and consumer goods industries.
She holds an MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and a Master’s in international management from ESADE, Barcelona and HEC, Paris. A keen skier, runner, outdoor enthusiast and amateur paddle player, Bianca likes to spend time playing sports with her husband, friends and family.
