As Chief Supply Officer at On, Craig Jones sets the strategic direction of On’s long-term efforts to scale its global commercial and R&D objectives. He harnesses innovative working methods and forges strong partnerships to build a supply chain that not only meets today’s challenges but also enables future growth. Joining On in 2025, he brings over 30 years of experience in supply chain management to the organization.
In his career, Craig served as Senior Vice President of Global Distribution & Logistics Operations at Levi Strauss & Co., where he focused on enhancing supply chain capabilities and fostering a culture of excellence. Previously, as SVP of Global Supply Chain Operations at Under Armour, he led digital transformation initiatives in sourcing, fulfillment and logistics. Notably, he also emphasized the integration of advanced technologies such as AI-driven forecasting and control tower systems to enhance visibility and responsiveness. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at ALDO Group, IKEA Global, and Aldi UK.
Craig also serves the Association for Supply Chain Management as a board member supporting education and development material for the supply chain industry along with the Digital Supply Chain Institute as co-chair supporting industry digital transformation.
Forgoing the traditional undergraduate path, Craig’s formative years at a UK grammar school seamlessly transitioned into a rigorous education with the military, culminating in leadership training at Sir John Moore Leaders Military institute. Outside of work, Craig is passionate about sports and exploring the outdoors.
