As On’s Chief Communications Officer, Adib Ashraf Sisani leads the global communications and public affairs strategy, serving as steward of the company’s narrative on the world stage. Since joining in 2025, he has worked closely with the co-founders, CEO, and broader leadership to unify and elevate On’s voice as the company expands to true scale. He brings to his role extensive experience in shaping perception through proactive storytelling and holistic reputation management.
Before On, Adib led the communications team of global media conglomerate Axel Springer. Previously, he spent over a decade leading communications and narrative efforts in the financial industry. During that time, his roles included Global Head of Communications & Marketing at asset management firm DWS Group, communications lead at Goldman Sachs for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Russia & CEE, and press spokesman for the German retail banking business of Citibank. He began his career in political communications, working for Germany's Free Democratic Party (FDP), where he ultimately served as the party's Deputy Director of Communications.
Adib holds a master’s degree in political science from the University of Heidelberg. Based in Zurich, he enjoys snowboarding, hiking, cycling, spending time with friends, and exploring cuisines, architecture, and art in cities near and far with his wife and son.
